    Clients, quotes, jobs, visits, invoices and payment history import in one pass, with everything linked to the right customer. Your old system is left completely untouched — it's a copy, not a move.

    One button in Settings downloads your entire account as a folder of spreadsheets — contacts, properties, jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, expenses and your full message history. It works even if your subscription lapses. Your data is yours.

    Usage you can see before you're billed for it

    Billing now shows a live estimate the moment you go over your plan's included call minutes or texts, the exact rates, and a history of past charges — so a line on an invoice is never a surprise.

    Connect your domain and quotes, invoices and reminders arrive from your address instead of ours. Verification records are generated for you; until it's verified, email keeps working on our domain.

    Deposits credited properly on the final invoice

    A deposit taken on a quote now reduces the balance due on the invoice, shown to the customer as "deposit paid". Stale payment links are closed out when an invoice is marked paid, so nobody can pay twice.

    Replying "cancel" cancels the appointment, not your texts

    Texting "cancel" used to unsubscribe a customer from all messages while leaving their booking in place. It now cancels the appointment and tells them so — in English or French.
