What happens if I go over my included minutes?

Your calls keep getting answered — we will never drop a customer's call to protect a plan limit. Extra minutes are billed at the published rate above, added to your next invoice. You'll see a running estimate in your dashboard the moment you go over, so it's never a surprise.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel whenever. If you leave, one button exports your entire account as spreadsheets — and that export works even after you've cancelled.

Do I need my own phone number?

You can buy one inside Vendira in about a minute, or point your existing number at us by forwarding it. Both work; forwarding means customers keep calling the number on your van.

What does card processing cost?

Standard Stripe processing (2.9% + 30¢ in Canada) plus a 2% platform fee, both itemised on every payout. You see the gross, the exact processing fee, and what landed in your bank.

Does it speak French?

Yes — calls and texts both. It answers in the caller's language, and opt-out keywords work in French too.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are live the same day. You tell it about your services and pricing, connect a number, and it starts answering. We set up founding customers personally.
